It is literally 1 week before launch. If they were still working on the part coming out in 7 days today, I would be worried about the game launch. I don’t think that what they want to include in the first DLC leaking should be cause for “mass rejection of the license.”

I think they realize that. However, I think they also realize that in 2 years when they cut support for Win 7, everyone will move to 10 anyways.

I think that is the point though. They will now have the entire Win 10 user base as a metric to add to the Xbone’s sold. With this, they will be able to get more exclusives for their platform, which is now Windows not the Xbox. While it wont drive sales of the Xbox, it will get more people into one or the other.

That is supposedly fixed by DX12 though.
