I think this is her point actually, the first Comey letter quantifiablly  depressed Dem turnout, while the 2nd letter energized DT’s base (Can’t let her get away with emails!”). So while it isn’t the only factor, for sure had neither of these letters come out, there would have been a Madam President in a landslide.

And being Jewish tots wouldn’t have been a problem with all the anti-
