Ladies, you want cars that you like, start building them. That’s how it works. Men start building cars the way they want them and then manufacturers follow along. For instance my second new car I could buy from Ford with almost everything I put into my first new car. The manufacturers follow where money is going. If

I bought a Cayman gts 3 years ago in my late 30s. I kinda dread turning 40 and having folks think it’s a mid-life crisis car.

I bought a Cayman when I was 29.

Unless you’re Ferrari, no company is going to turn a profit solely by selling to enthusiasts who read car magazines and blogs. You need to have the general public interested in your product. And Cadillac obviously isn’t doing a good job of selling whatever image it’s trying to sell at the moment if Baby Boomers think

My mother is old enough to collect social security, and a few years ago when I was considering buying an ATS she said I shouldn’t do that because it’s an “old man’s car.” I don’t know how Cadillac will ever get rid of that image.

I’d buy it if it had a V8 and not that shitstain of turbocharged V6.

Sooo, GM is why Opel was struggling. Understood.

If you believe that we didn’t land on the moon or that the Earth is flat, you shouldn’t be able to vote or have children.

Aren’t vans E-series?

You want that monster of a machine to cost under 30k?  Maybe you are being slightly unreasonable?

I wish my house was under $300k, my cell phone bill under $100/month, and goceries didnt cost $100 a week. But ya know, it cost money to keep a business open.

Those cars are as reliable as their service booklet is thick. The main issues with “german reliability problems” come from owners, not manufacturers.

That would be cool if they did just put a slight lift on the Mondeo wagon.  We can solve that issue easily and bring it back down to the correct height.

They need to watch and see how the Regal TourX is going to do first before they jump into this because this could bit them in the ass. But sport wagon wont be what we Jalops think it will be. It will be, like the article mentioned, raised ride height, stupid body cladding for off road illusions and some kind of name

Nah, the 5th generation Z06 came with a 5.7 LS6. It’s a pretty high strung LS1 with a hotter cam, and higher flowing heads basically. The 6th generation came with the 7.0 LS7.

LS6 in the C5Z, IIRC.

This is actually a C5; it should have a 5.7 liter LS6.  The LS7 came in the C6 Z06 a few years later.

No the C6 had the LS7, the C5 version did not.

C5 Z06 has the 400hp 5.7 liter LS6, not the 500hp 7.0 liter LS7.

Funny thing about Coca Cola is Trump’s favorite drink in the whole entire world is Diet Coke, which is their poorest selling product.
