TBH,I have an 89 Mustang, and I went for some time had a broken odometer in the respect that the odometer itself wasn’t broken, but the cable had snapped. I didn’t want to climb up under the car and put the new one in,let alone pull the dash out and reattach the new cable to the odometer head at that end. And the A/C

I bet you could find any parts you need from UK or Germany. This is just a Ford Scorpio. Same engine we have in the Sierra XR4i

The addition of chrome strips on the fenders is ghastly. It’s not enough to land it in CP territory by itself, but it does turn up the gain on my radar. What else:

Crucially and more importantly, he let Dodge make the Hellcat. Some of the folks running that business are pure gearheads, and he didn't stand in their way, but rather encouraged it. That's leadership.

“He gave us the Hellcat” should be on his tombstone!

I worked at Chrysler from 2011-2014 and everyone I talked to who was working there prior to bankruptcy talked about how much better the work environment, handling of programs, and overall quality of employment was after Fiat took control. He did more good for that company than most people will ever realize.

The likes of him shall not pass our way again.

Add Italy to that.

He gave us the Hellcat. That’s all the world needs to know about Sergio Marchionne.

Rip Sergio

Someone has gone as far as to sketch it up, and he called it the Monsoon. I don’t know that I would feel the need to rechristen it, but I totally understand the desire to.

I like the way your brain works. :)

Interesting point. Personally, sleeper cars are great for DD. Sometimes it’s nice to drive a car that’s powerful and handles well, but doesn’t attract idiots in WRXs and Lancers with fake EVO stickers trying to race you or just deive like idiots around you because your car “looks fast”.

Well the big difference is that there weren’t nearly as many government mandated safety features and emissions control devices that were required to be equipped on vehicles back then. Also, consumers didn’t demand expensive technology and infotainment in vehicles back then. Mostly because it simply did not exist. More

It was Yenko Super Cars, he also did Corvairs, Novas, Chevelles, and Vegas

A new Hemi Charger was $3600 in 1969. Adjusted for inflation, that’s about $26k now. Something has definitely changed.

First let me say I love these factory like upgraded cars. Always think what they do is so cool. But my gripe comes down to price.

Wasn’t the appeal back in the 60's & 70's how you could have these amazing big HP number cars but it was not stupid expensive? Now all these tuning companies basically charge you the price

That is often how it works. Something that is relatively cheap for a seller to do can add a couple of grand worth of value to the car, or if not done can tank a car’s appeal. Why do you think we are always telling sellers to attend to that shit, not just slapping the advert up with “cheap fix to do” on it. These
