I actually like the middle section...but the bumpers are incredibly ugly.  It looks like someone put a ton of work into this thing either way, so why did they do such a half-ass job of the engine compartment?

This is perhaps the ugliest modded Beetle I’ve ever seen, and at 8900 it’s just plain not worth it. There’s not 1 redeeming quality, maybe If there was an actual Porche engine stuck in there, or even a worked up 1600cc or something but a single 1500cc single port, crack pipe all day.. Good condition super’s go for 7000…

To me, a Porsche is too common* to be “special.” Like, I know it’s a GT3 and it’s properly sorted and high-quality, but to a common eye, it looks like a tarted up version of the same car every mildly successful “car enthusiast” businessman has. They don’t turn heads.
