Rick Gonzalez is currently trying to rise above the material he is being given on Arrow and I wish him all the best. The CW is a low-key modern WPA, so I'm hoping he finds a better vehicle on that network soon.

Now you put that out there.

I'm not saying James Potter was the devil. I'm saying folks are super quick to defend the shitty behavior of James Potter because he was a teenager while also wanting to condemn Snape's shitty teen behavior. It won't wash.

Sure. Protecting his wife and child who he loved is totally redeeming for being a shitty person to someone he didn't like.

Nah, man. We *never* see James redeem himself from his shitty behavior. It doesn't happen on the page, and is never alluded to. Readers are left with "well, maybe he wasn't such a bad guy because Lily married him".

"But who cares if you get in if you can’t actually attend?"

Yale has increased scholarships dramatically in the last 20 years. Undergraduate students coming from households under a certain threshold—don't ask me what that is—don't carry student loan debt. The school is also set to open two new dorms this fall, increasing the size of the incoming freshman class by about 10%.

People refuse to understand that words mean things.

I'm going to be singing that all night now.

…"I steer clear of Kyle fans…"

I have one of those in my past, but not for 10 years.

Half the folks on my FB friends list are "imaginary friends from the innanet". I was part of an online community for over 10 years. Those ladies know me better than my family at this point.

This.

What do you cosplay? I have been tempted a time or two, but some of those folks really take it to the next level, and that's intimidating.

My best friend used to tell me she couldn't have a hard birth because she holds a grudge. LOL

You can't know. I can honestly say, it wasn't love at first sight for me. At some point on Day 3, though, she gave me that gummy gas smile and I was so gone. This kid is one of the best people I know.

I hate stories like this. It's *so rude*.

This is what happened after MTV/VH1 had that nonsense "My Super Sweet 16" show.

It didn't go down quite like that. LOL Places that host parties have a routine. The kids aren't just dragging their folks around to have a look. They've got staff managing the kids the entire time.

What's worse is knowing that childcare workers don't get paid all that much.
