+1 to the foam rolling. Get a grid roller and a lacrosse ball for the hard to reach areas around the neck and knee.

I've had a panic attack or two and this was a different experience.

Last year, I had a "wait, am I having a heart attack right now?" scare. Chest pain that came and went, difficulty breathing. I can't remember what the ER diagnosis turned out to actually be; weak back muscles, probably.

It'd be silly of me to get all up in arms about it since my mom's white. :) I would have preferred to marry a black man, but I found happiness with a white dude.

Choirs of angels might sing whenever I go in there.

Somebody once said, "for all intensive purposes". I didn't know what to say to that one.

Maaaan… If it wasn't a 1.5 hour train ride back home at the end of the night…

Did you read his articles in the days running up to the election? His writings were pretty clear that this was a lot closer than anyone was calling. Which is why HuffPo lost their shit at him. And a 1 in 3 chance of a Trump win was never anything to get super-excited about, especially given that two weeks earlier,

A couple days before the election, Nate Silver was calling it near tied in the polls. He had come out and said that Trump's numbers were within the margin or error of taking the election and HuffPo and the former-Gawker sites were all over him for it.

Right!

A) There's no method.

The "model minority" myth.

Has it ever occurred to you that so many of the policies advanced have a disproportionate impact on that 13%? Or is that just magic?

His SotUs are going to be a Hot Mess. I'm genuinely interested to find out if continues with that off-the-cuff style that his supporters responded to so well, or if he's actually going to put together coherent sentences.

No more than everything is NOT a racist conspiracy.

Well, he's already taking meetings with lobbyists and Heritage, so who knows.

Yeah, but the black vote came through just as they wanted. They don't have incentive to change. It's the white folks who didn't turn up.

I'm going to get off my ass and get certified as an abortion doula (reproductive rights FTW). And get involved with the League of Women Voters.
