I’m a Rangers fan and if you look at their season-by-season records, you’ll see some ‘80s teams that had 20-something wins, 40-something losses.....and made the playoffs as the fourth seed in the Patrick division. And sometimes won! So yeah, I feel your pain, playing in the Smythe during that era.
