I’m a Rangers fan who was a mere teenager during the ‘94 run. Coach Mike Keenan coached just that one, lone season for the Rangers and then moved on due to an inability to co-exist with GM and legendary weirdo, Neil Smith. Yet the Rangers have always included him in videos and montages about that well-worn

I think it’s because it’s referring to their name and not the letter case.

I believe you mean the post is over. Deadspin is the blog.

People who destroy Kay are simpletons who don’t get him or don’t try to get him.

Kenny is coming back next year so put your “kill me now” on hold. Also, maybe look deep within to find out why you hate a play by play announcer so much.

I assume this is some kind of clumsy satire. Because you can’t possibly believe that they should have re-booked (and that it would be easy or even possible to do so for an entire team) when they pulled up and saw slack-jawed Boston locals picketing.

Albert, I heart you.

The system is set up in a way that incentivizes teams to treat players as replaceable commodities. Until the players all hold out and there’s a legit work stoppage will this change. Flipping the bird when the whole system is a giant bird flipped at you doesn’t do much.

I have no idea why but I have a strange affinity for these, the same era El Camino SS and the early ‘90s Olds convertibles. No real idea why except a weird loyalty to GM.

You took it personally, Leonard. Personally. You don’t “take things personal.”

Bill Clinton was a sexual assaulter. Al Franken was shamed out of congress for it. Joe Biden famously got a little too handsy for people’s comfort.

The answer is easy -- beaming from one place to another.

Sometimes when you had rainouts and it was going to be hard to make them up logistically, nobody wanted to bother taking a flight for a game between teams 60 games out.

I can assure everyone that you’d much rather see my wife in athletic shorts than me. Enhanced, not ruined.

Is it really news to people that a massive entity like Nike would act in the best interests of their brand?

There was one last week about that nutjob who was trying to tear his repossessed truck off the wrecker and I swear the tilt of the article was sympathetic to the deadbeat who missed enough payments to have his truck taken away (which is a lot of payments).

Okay. Like I asked, what’s the solution? You get sick or lose your job and the financial institution should do what, exactly? Just forgive the loan?

He seems like an asshole because he thinks people are responsible for the decisions they make AND that we should improve education for those who have the aptitude? Solid take.

Did you know Philadelphia has municipal golf courses that open basically at dawn? I found that out while researching the important topic “where the hell can I play golf at seven-thirty in the morning?”

So I ask this not in jest but for real... what’s the solution? Somehow convince lenders to lend to high-risk people at attractive rates?
