I am immensely envious, and quite pleased, that you regularly tour Northern Californian roads, as I live up this way. The area you rallied is gorgeous, and I enjoy every time I get up to Sonoma/Lake counties and the Clear Lake area. And that bike is gorgeous.

I’m just holding out hope that new car prices will fall, or at least become more negotiable, as 2020 drags on. Trying to get my hands on a new Civic Si in December!

As of my writing, a touch over 4% just want to watch the world burn.

I love Mazda. Many of us do, for a multitude of reasons. I hope (and I’m confident) they survive these next couple of years and carry on being pretty awesome.

I’m a lifelong Californian, and while I left (and returned) a few times here I am, plucking away to try and keep afloat in an expensive, wonderful state. Definitely has it’s problems, but the majority of places do, and never have I found such a breadth of experience in one place than in California. I won’t retire

Aah, finally a map petitioning to remove a state that doesn’t revolve around me. Grateful for that, even if it’s rare.

It’s so satisfying to lash back against such stupidity. I totally get it.

If people want to get out and socialize, the volunteer group Team Rubicon is deploying nationwide to assist food banks and other support programs. Do something productive, instead of bitching about “yer rites!!!!!!!” and all that.

Ooh, Facebook arguments. They’re tempting, but they’re futile.

Oh, shut the fuck up.

I’ve owned two Mazdas too, and I do prefer them as well. I’m desperately saving money for an MX-5, so I just hope they stick around 4-5 more years.

I’m paying $2.23 at the Costco in Elk Grove. Even into the valley it’s notably cheaper than in the bay.

Here Honda is only offering under 1% on the Ridgeline. Let’s hurry and offer it on the Civic Hatch, Honda, so I can join the masses in being financially irresponsible!

Never change, Torch. Never. *raises glass*

I, too, read the entire thing. Count me (you too, I suspect) among the senseless scores of jalops that would love to have a drink with and listen to this guy!

Neutral: I’m in California, and work in the bay, so I was furloughed when the shelter in place orders came down last month (crikey, it was just two weeks ago. Feels like a year!). I’m in an apprenticeship so I have homework to do, and I get out for drives (solo, though I know it’s still frowned upon). I’m drinking a

Farewell, K and FK! You’ll definitely be missed around these parts!!

I live in Stockton. About 300,000 people here, and consistently among the nation’s top 10 most dangerous cities. Also home to many car enthusiasts and, sadly, many, many criminal scumbags. :(

I laughed far harder at that than I’d planned to. That’s fantastic!

So I’m a 1988 Korean sports car with a front-mid V8, RWD, named some letter-number combo (boo), that’s both fast and rusts horribly.
