The only failure point on the 200 series platform is the plastic radiator which tends to go 100-150k. Well that and all the normal wear items. But the 4.7 is the most bulletproof engine Toyota ever made.  Enjoy your trip incident free.  If you do have an incident the trip turns into an adventure.
