And the Club Penguin references

Yet in Mabels World, Heaven is Other People.

I get his frustrations given how this was billed as learning of Marceline's back story and it wasn't most of the series, but aside from a few faults in dialogue and character it was very well done. It revealed just enough about Marceline's back story to make her more interesting and I really like her visions of what

I think we're done with that. Nickelodeon doesn't like action or quality

I'm sort of disappointed it didnt, but also kind of glad. It left me wanting more about Marceline and she remains as interesting and dark a character as she did before it aired. I was really concerned about that

Well since this show has an international distribution, they couldn't outright have anything gay due to national laws (not everywhere is as tolerant as the US). So it was surprising that they took it as far as they did here. But I like they did because it worked well with the story arc.

It wasn't exactly subtle haha.

The complaint I think is that this might be Marceline's most basic hairstyle yet on the show. I'll admit, not my favorite, but the sort of mullet thing from episode 2 was pretty impressive.

Any more Bubbleine doubters out there after this one?

SU is in a growth period, and getting a side billing at SDCC with AT certainly helped that crew take off going forward. But there is room for two solid cartoons for me to enjoy (as well as GF).

The visual of PB in a rocking chair in front of her cabin with the shotgun on her lap was priceless, especially with her bitter emotional state at that point in the episode. Just worked so well.

They are dumb and basically néed a strong singular ruler or things go to hell. But who is really responsible for their ignorance? The people or PB?

T-minus 10 days…..

This goes in the psychotic folder, because I'm still not entirely sure this was all just in BMO's head the whole time. It's pleasantly unnerving.

Who else for a split second thought the Banana Guards actually assassinated KOO?

That was probably the first time anybody really told her off about her motives, even going as far as to suggest she's not a good person. Flame Princess was right though, and subsequently PB tried to dial back power. The issue though was that she doesn't consider the Candy people sufficient enough for self rule, so it

The hero the Kingdom needs, just not the one it deserves.

Remember, he was democratically elected, so it wasn't a thronegrab.

RBG is the most amusingly boring sounding zombie/monster since Louis CK's cameo on Gravity Falls #TeamRootBeerGuy #NotoriousRBG

Now we're back into high gear.
