The more I think about it, the more I agree with you on this. Even though the wheelchair harkened to the film versions, he doesn’t need to be a film’s version of the character.

<<< There was that telekinesis guy, whose name I could never remember...>>>

As much as people have since clamored for Patrick Stewart or James McAvoy to make a cameo in season two (including myself, at least for a moment), it actually would do the show’s story and world a disservice at this time.

...your move, Bezos.

As a German teacher who has shown numerous videos of Alexander Gerst and Sendung mit der Maus in class, and tries to convey to students how awesome Star Trek and space exploration are, I finally have the Best of Both Worlds - Something that I can use to completely ruin vastly improve my student’s lives.

Nah. Beale is the guy in the cantina who brags about having the death sentence in twelve systems.

I’ve always told people that your MENSA membership card and $5.00 will get you a coffee at Starbucks.

In his defense, Ted really like the part where Arthur Dent was being thrown out of his house.

You are obviously both dogs. Now, where did you learn to type? Where did you learn to type, there buddy? Yeah, who’s a big typing doggo? You are, yes you are! Also, fuck beagles.

Zoom said “better gig,” and Martin-Green has had a reliably-paying gig for what - 4 seasons now? However, if she knew that Sasha was going to get eaten some time soon whether she stayed or left, then it’s time to check-out regardless of whether it’s Star Trek or Star Search.

A starring role vs being just another member of an ensemble? It’s a move up... on paper.

Be an underdeveloped secondary character on the most watched show on television or be on Star Trek? I’d be checking out so fast, Carl wouldn’t have time to polish off his pudding can.

While I realize Discovery is going to have some challenges based on CBS All Access, TWD is pretty clearly on the quality down slope (despite it’s ratings still being high).

This show is just moving SOOOO SLOW.

Sorry but I really disagree about Supergirl being weak. They’ve definitely found their voice and delivered (IMO of course) a very strong run of episodes while nicely developing the characters. Dealing with some pretty sensitive social issues along the way in a manner that’s been more realistic than you usually see on

I actually think this season of Supergirl is stronger than last season, but there are definitely a lot of weak elements (foremost among them: James Olsen’s sudden need to be a superhero).

Once again I arrive to say THE ENTIRE FLASH SERIES TAKES PLACE IN A TIMELINE ALTERED BY THAWNE BUT TRY TO CHANGE IT BACK AND EVERYONE FROM ALIENS TO THE SPEED FORCE GETS ON YOUR ASS ABOUT IT!
