Actually, iOS 9.1 was jailbroken by Pangu, and so was the 4th generation Apple TV. Anything greater than that and you’re out of luck (iOS 9.2, 9.2.1, 9.3). But iOS 9.0.2 is not the latest jailbreakable firmware.
