I fail to see the issue here.
Its substantial size, high flavor and portability has earned it its slogan: “big, bold and easy to hold.”
I feel like this isn’t a burrito as much as it is a hot pocket or calzone type thing, right down to the focus on portability (burritos aren’t portable).
Guarantee that employee’s been yelled at by a customer who ordered ‘extra’ something and demanded why their order wasn’t swimming in that ‘extra’ stuff.
Personally I love cream cheese so I would’ve just eaten the monstrosity.
I didn’t even know you could do that. Maybe it’s a Canada thing? They do have more baked goods than the states. I’m in Ontario right now so I’ll have to investigate.
“I’d like the McBread Ring with white sauce.”
Forget it bud, it's canuckistan. Ketchup flavored potato chips And what not
I feel like any amount is acceptable because you can scrape off the excess. I’d rather have this than a half a teaspoons worth.
TL;DR, I’ll let this guy explain:
Tips shouldn’t be expected from staff. You’re all in the fight together, plus in this case FOH already makes more money than BOH. Any FOH that gets mad that BOH doesn’t tip for an after-shift drink is a dick.
Yeah, this is huge. A Gawker/Gizmodo/GO Media blog actually said there was a situation in life where you shouldn’t tip. I’m gonna go check and see if Hell has frozen over.
This isn’t the first time I’ve seen The Takeout disregard chopped, tinned, storebrand tomatoes. I just assumed they aren’t a thing in America, because I (Brit) get a lot of mileage out of them in my cheapass cooking.
I keep a dozen cans of diced in my cupboards at all times.
It is admittedly my most controversial take. Thankfully my wife has chosen to overlook it.
Because he’s been turned into a meme.
That’s absolutely brilliant. I’m a little extra nerded out since I spent 6 years in a shop as their primary wheel alignment technician (and that was 10 years ago when I quit already... time flies).
Definitely I’d at least throw Ro-Tels on this list
