Do we even have any evidence that it's something Roose engages in prior to his betrayal of the Starks? Does he flay people when he takes Harrenhal?

Jon is the one who's always seemed most distant from his book portrayal to me. The aging up worked very well for most of the other characters, but for Jon, and also, to some extent, Robb, it created problems that made them seem more petulant and immature than they should.
The Boltons already know Bran and Rickon are alive.
1) I have no idea, but why the stealth mission otherwise?
They combined Black Walder with Walder Rivers - he was in Season 3, but just as "generic Frey #2"
Huh? Isn't it fairly clear Jaime is going to try to kidnap Myrcella and take her back to King's Landing? Why do people keep proposing all these elaborate deals and revelations that are incredibly unlikely to happen? If Jaime claims parentage, Myrcella is a bastard and abomination who has no claim to anything. If Jaime…
She always called him her half-brother, it is noted in the books, unlike Catelyn's other kids.
You are not the only one, but Myranda has in fact been on the show before. It kind of feels like we'll not be getting any random Frey deaths at Winterfell on the grounds that Fat Walda is the only Frey at Winterfell. But perhaps some Freys will show up to reinforce Roose in one of the next few episodes. The show in…
Barristan must die so that Tyrion may live.
Doesn't Shireen show us that, in fact, getting grayscale is not like getting a zombie bite?
I don't think Ellaria will be marrying Jaime. Why would that even be a prospect Doran would find attractive? She's not related to him!
I mean, there's people who are fans of virtually any plot development. I'm sure there's even a few die-hard Quentyn fans out there. But saying it's an unpopular opinion to dislike Dorne is like saying "this may be an unpopular opinion, but I hate Meereen and wish Dany would get on with the returning to Westeros." No!…
Valyria obviously wasn't going to be able to play the same role in the show that it does in the books, so I don't see why this is a particularly big deal.
And, indeed, if they don't want those things, they can avoid following behind the scenes stuff.
I believe we have Ser Barristan there to suggest that she is, in fact, not just a Mad King 2.0.
Is not caring about Dorne actually an unpopular opinion? I feel as though that is the most common opinion.
Who on earth is Ella Martell?
I'm feeling pretty confident that no sexual horrors will be visited upon Sansa.
Slaver's Bay is west of Qarth.
Yeah, I suppose it was Sansa, poor man's Joffrey, poor man's Tywin, whatever the hell is left of Theon, and Fat Walda, who's barely a character. So could be better.
