How is BoF2 compared to BoF1, challenge-wise? I played BoF1 quite a few times, and it was fun, but the game basically ended for me when I got my first dragon.
I saw a comment on this yesterday that “you don’t give your opponent ammunition.” Even in the Upside Down that we’re currently in, I guess most of us never thought that this dad joke would become “ammunition.”
I went:
Every day should be Fuck With Trump Day (and everybody should be celebrating).
That kind of typo would have tainted this article.
If I see George Zimmerman in that wood chipper, I’m immediately taking a casual interest in astronomy. By which I mean I’m whistling idly, looking up at the sky and walking away.
Well, of course you can’t sell cocaine on PSN. Snow can’t possibly last with all that salt around.
Edit: how could I forget spending months on MGS:VR to get first place and 100% completion on everything (the last one I got first place on was a random Grenade mission)? And I didn’t even care for MGS much.
- there was some sort of strategic military simulator that I really enjoyed that played classical music during the gameplay, like Wagner and Rimsky-Korsokov. It was the only large-box game I owned. Anyone remember what that was?
A few of my PS1 memories:
$40 to hold your child. I assume the evil cackling is implied?
I keep going back to all the Final Fantasy 13 games, especially Lightning Returns.
When I’m in a certain mood, “At the Shore of Dreams ~ Another World” still brings me to tears. Great pick.
Would Tori Amos’ Strange Little Girls count here? The concept seems thin, but it’s there. Still love the songs, though.
For me, it’s all about the Final Fight ground turkey (meaning on the ground, not ground up, of course).
Reminds me of the swaps I’ve seen of Street Fighter 4 characters. The video with Dee Jay and Dictator was particularly creepy.
I’ve been calling American Thanksgiving “Black Friday Eve” for years. Canadian Thanksgiving (I moved about ten years ago) is on the second Monday in October, which feels more organic to me.
No mention of what “liberals” are calling Thanksgiving instead of Thanksgiving? I vote for “Thanksobama.”
When I was a kid, I did the clean-up. Now, as an adult... I do the clean-up. I married into a large family (eight kids), so they’ve got their own rhythms and such, and they can be loud, so I like having the quiet task to myself. Also, I know I’m halfway done when the half-hearted requests to help start coming in!
