I’ve got a 2014 with 87k miles on it that has been in the shop all of 2 times in 5 1/2 years. Once to replace a shifter cable (it snapped while my wife was driving it, so I blame her 😄) & just recently to replace the o-ring on the pcv valve that was causing an oil leak. I think altogether those repairs cost less than

Bought my 500 brand new in 2014 & it has been incredibly reliable. 87k miles & it just needed it’s 2nd repair...an o-ring that needed replaced that was causing an oil leak. The first was a shifter cable that broke at about 70k. Grand total in repairs was well below $1000. Not sure where this reputation for reliability

Yeah, my 03 A6 had the single pop-out cupholder on the dash. Only problem with it was that the damn faceplate with the picture of the cup on it fell off. A little super glue fixed that issue. Probably had something to do with living in Phoenix, AZ. Don’t think those German engineers are really prepping those parts for

Fiat 500 or Ford Fiesta. Can get either brand new with a manual for under $15k & they are both fantastic driver’s cars.
