There’s a difference between who owns a company and who runs a company. Obviously ownership would be staying with the family, but they could easily hire this person as a senior manager or COO or CEO or whatever you want to call it and pay him a salary to run the company. It is a very common practice in fact.

100% agree, at least in the PvE sandbox. Moving them to the power slot was clearly done with balancing the PvP aspect in mind, but in my experience all it has done is made PvP matches a series of 4v4 fights over heavy ammo spawns. Sure it’s more balanced, but is it fun?
