If my local crossfit/paleo/SMeduim shirt enthusiast bros are accurate in their appraisals, the answer to this question is ‘All of it’. Apparently I’m supposed to do nothing but burpees, WOD’s, and massive amounts of protein.

Yeah - it’s not happening in my opinion. And, truthfully, I don’t know as I could take Dan when he’s in one of his moods before the coffee has kicked in for me. I think Stugotz would jump at the opportunity to replace Greenburg on the M&M show but I know I can’t take him next to Golic at 6 AM - way too ‘morning zoo’.

Completely agree - his is the only ESPN radio show that I will actively seek out the podcast for on a regular basis.
