Ignoring the absolute slander on Pike’s Peak, I think any awkwardness from the Lower Decks crossover episode is probably because of how difficult comedic timing can be - this is a primarily dramatic trailer stitching together clips for a primarily dramatic show, the little snippits of comedy aren’t going to work as

This. All the way this. I was this person.

Consumer friendly practices and conveniance made me uncut the chord I cut long ago.

And all this bullshit is making me cut it all over again.

You’d think that the answer is that residuals should be tied to primarily to views rather than subscriber base. Popular shows are what earn those subscription fees, and should be reflected in residuals to the people who make them.

You say that like AMC didn’t set the entire COMPLETED second season of Pantheon on fire rather than release it so they could write off the loss

This seems like a scheme to not pay the talent behind these programs what they are owed in residuals.”

We really need to close whatever loophole let’s you write off already completed (and most of the time aired!) projects as tax write offs. What.

This doesn’t make a lick of sense to me. Shows like Little Demon and Willow were heavily marketed by Hulu and Disney+. Pulling them from the service less than a year after they aired just seems like throwing money away.

Sacha Baron Cohen all warned us, as did every NYer who lived with this pig as the leader.

The Flash did have a kid with a different power set. His son Jai could bulk up muscle mass. That’s been changed now though, I think.

Here's a novel thought, what if a superhero had a kid but the kid turned out completely different than the parent. Superman's kid is a Superman Jr., Batman's kid is a Batman Jr., Wolverine's kid is a Wolverine Jr., etc, etc. What if say the Flash had a kid but instead of super speed they had some totally different

It’s his Clayface voice from years of aaaacting!!!!

I’m digging the colored-pencil-style backgrounds.

I’m way more concerned about the commander-in-chief and his decades long pay to play/influence family business schemes with his coke snorting prostitute lovin son.”

Lol, no you aren’t. You don’t give two shits about corruption. You just don’t like the side you hate gets away with doing the same things. You don’t need to defend the actions of the elites, ya fuckin’ dweeb. They don’t know you exist.

Laris also died on the way back to her home planet.

This is how you end a legacy sequel story. Yeah somtimes a character dying works, but in the end it’s great to see them have one last happy ending.

(my only gripes are)

1) the Titan and Ent G should have been two separate Constitution Class III ships. Seven of Nine captains the Titan, Data captains the Ent as he earned

For some shows that’s reasonable, for others I hear so many good things that I power onward even if the first two eps felt slow.

Andor was also just way better than Rings of Power.

Well, they just released this trailer, so... no?

Much like with Andor, people just don’t have the patience anymore to let a story develop. In the process, they are losing out on excellently crafted works that reward the patient viewer in the end.
