At first I was like “wow it sucks that they took out the line that identified a character as LGBTQ” then I read her approximation of what the line was and I was like “Thank fucking God they took out that shit line.”

While I agree with you 100%, the income limits for WIC are a lot higher than they are for most other kinds of assistance. I wanna say 35-40k a year and you still qualify.

My wife ate some pretty fucking abysmal chocolate ice cream while pregnant so your testimony alone will ensure I never buy this stuff.

I thinks it’s almost impossible for this movie to be bad, it’s going to be a matter of 2 things for people

They are going to get bled dry this summer. So many blockbuster movies are dropping and there will be subscribers out there who go see Infinity War/Deadpool 2/Solo/etc like 5 times as their social groups go out to see them. I know one guy who has Moviepass and he just shows up because it’s”free.” I believe he saw

I’m not a huge fan of Kimmel, but Sean Hannity is one of the worst.

Fuck yes. The ending of “Drop Out” is so hard.

    Some metal recs:

Predator? I hardly even know her!

Zodiac is the scariest movie I have ever seen, almost exclusively for the Lake Baryessa scene.

I think the “emotional flatness” mostly has to do with perspective. Most movies would need to take time and establish/develop the main character before putting them through 2 hours of torture was emotionally resonant. With this film, Gibson already had millions of viewers attached to and invested in the protagonist.

I have a 5 and 7 year old and I only take them to places that have a kids menu and coloring supplies, aka “kid friendly” places. We clean up through out the meal and pass stuff to the end so it’s easier for the staff to grab. We only drink water so spills aren’t that big of a deal. Then I tip a minimum of $15 and it

They actually say they only take their kid to “some place whose ads show 4 year olds with pasgetti sauce around their mouths.” You must not be one of those clear-eyed observers

    Yes, yes, yes x1,000,000

Fuck all this nonsense. Kids are people too. I’d take my 7 year old to Kuma’s in a heart beat.

I agree 100%. He kind of has that Mel Gibson vibe where he’s a total asshat but by and large is super talented and helps create some really good stuff.

In my experience working sales in a high income resort town, people with Denalis have money, people with BMWs/MBs/Audi’s are strapped.

When will we get a Josta revival? That stuff was so good. The closest thing I can find these days is Faygo Rock N Rye

Ruby Red Squirt has been my God damn shit lately. So good.

This makes a lot of sense. My parents listened to country and to obnoxiously push back against that as a teen I listened to death metal. 15 years later, I still listen to hardcore/metal about 60% of the time but when my co-workers play some Alan Jackson, I can’t help but belt it out. During my college years I hung out
