Get the ssd like right NOW! You won’t regret it. I have a 13” 2010 mbp that I put an ssd into in 2012. I don’t think this mbp with ever get old. Lightning fast. Especially with 8gh ram. I do see my cpu straining and some 1-sec beach balls in safari but i see no need to update till a retina mba gets released.
