@Shadowlayer: I stream 720 and 1080 movies from my laptop to my ps3... they look pretty much the exact same to untrained eyes.. so my point remains.

@Shadowlayer: If your playing a 1080p movie on an iPad.. your missing the point of 1080... go with 720p and you'll save 2gbs of space and won't be able to tell the difference on that size screen.

Erm.. they left out Netflix.. but they did post HBOgo, Amazon, and iTunes.. Netflix is alot cheaper in the long run since all of their plans come with unlimited instant streaming.

@clearbox: How about both? With a community college programming class or two you can learn both and buy one book and voila. I of course will probably end up developing on Apple first since it's "more polished" and there are more college courses about apps for the App Store.
