My hack for this is to drink at my desk. Constantly. A cup or two of coffee in the morning, tea all day long after that. We use a Dazey Churn. Easy to turn, just do it while you're watching TV or whatever. Comes out delicious. We have a milk share with a local farm, so the cream is essentially free - we just skim it off the top of the jar of milk. The butter is really yummy if you let it culture for a few days. Like "yogurt butter".

I put 1/2 cup steel cut oats in a bowl with a cup of milk (whole, unpasteurized if you have it), put it in the microwave for 2 minutes on high and then 8 minutes on 20% power. Comes out perfectly. Add frozen berries which add flavor and bring the temperature down to just right. A few almonds, some cinnamon - heaven.
