If you like the BMW program, you’re going to LOVE Netjets.
Is it really a surprise that Porsche wants to unveil the car, in its final guise, with finalized/confirmed statistics and whatever metrics they’ll use to gauge its performance, on their own terms?
With two young kids, 2016 didn’t see much 4 wheel related fun ... 2017 I’ll probably be able to partially fix that. My resolutions broken down by my rides:
Yep ... one man, leading one country for four years will definitely be the tipping point that leads to “environmental catastrophe” on this 4.5 billion year old planet we call home. Totes agree, better go buy a boat and some sunscreen because this shit will probably hit next week.
What’s the temperature of the jet wash in a situation like that?
It must be refreshing to have a car collection that requires so little maintenance... and has such accessible parts. Wonder what that feels like.
Technically any plane he flies on is “Air Force 1”.
$3300 doesn’t seem like much to me at all ... either does being $12k into a sorted e36 M3. If he bought an e46 M3 for $12k it would probably need more than $3-4K to get it up to snuff. One nice thing about the e36 M3 is all of the issues are so well documented it should be pretty easy to stay out in front with…
1) 2011 G55 - triple locked, solid axled, 500hp DD, Trail rig (relo’d exhaust and some appropriate tires) and tow vehicle.
e36 m3 with folding rear seats. Should be able to find a pretty nice one for $15k.
Good idea, but sounds like he didn’t execute properly. When in college I had a situation where I was forced to pay something I didn’t agree with, to people that were 10/10 A-holes. Granted my bill was only ~$180, but I got it all in mismatched coins ... took the coins out of their rolls ... put them in a Burger King…
First thing I thought ... show me the AMG version.
Buddy of mine bought one, I think he got it from a dealer in TN. Neat car from a drivetrain standpoint ... kind of funny seeing a new car with a gaping hole where the center console would normally go.
525WHP @ 20lbs on what sounds to still be a 2.5L (and per the pic definitely still has an 8v head).... definitely need to see that dyno sheet.
Hey, whoa ... easy with the Birmingham hate. I lived there for three years and to this day I do miss the Chicken Noodle Bowl lunch special at Surin. Other than that, I also miss the soup that came with the Chicken Noodle Lunch Bowl special at Surin.
Just barely out of the budget, but worth it IMO. With some good hunting he can probably find a decent, albeit higher mileage, gen 1 CTS-V for somewhere in the $13k range. Mileage doesn't really scare me when it comes to the LS motor...
