Yea I agree, the acting has been good, but I haven't figured out how their going to tie it all together yet.

The movie was based in 1987, the first season was '06, the second season was late '70s and the current season is '10. It would be cool if they could tie it all together with a '90s season somehow.

I agree, but the writers had to pick that soccer game for a reason. Or maybe they're just getting sloppy for example, Henry is moving to algebra 2 on March 30th when the typical school year ends in May??

I just don't see the point if they didn't get into the fall of the Soviet union it's such a clear endpoint. I think Gorbachev would be a good storyline.

Yes, the season starts with the '84 winter Olympics, however I was reading somewhere that the soccer game playing, when Misha was hidden in the backseat, was from January or February '85. It could be a mix up, but I think the writers are too good for that.

It's a misunderstanding. In past seasons there has always been historical precedent for most of the story lines and this one doesn't have one. That leads me to believe that P and E are getting played.

After watching him get all his stuff stolen last week I can't believe he actually makes it to America in one piece… But according to the preview… Surprise he does!!
