Ya, I have so much shit it would be easier to just reinstall windows 10 and just download the games again.

Ya it’s weird, only does it on Ubisoft games. I have not encountered these problems with any other games.

I even have a G-Sync monitor... game runs above 60fps at all times... ranges from 141fps (because I capped it at the refresh rate) down to 67fps... but there is stuttering all between those frames... which only happens in this game.

Im running a 4790k @4.5ghz, 1080 ti Asus, with 16gb of trident memory running @ 2666 timing 12-13-13... Im sure I can run any game @ 1440p on max settings. But yes I have turned some settings down a notch to see if it helped and it did not.

I would like that game if it ran correctly. Just a lot of stuttering on my PC... The cpu is all over the place when this game is running.
