I can't believe this but I actually recognize most of those images!!! Ahh, the last days before the internet ruined Christmas shopping forever.

The graphics are definitely, like, ten percent better than the picture of the old Xbox.
It had to be done. Excellent topic, Owen.
My concern isn't so much that Nintendo decided to talk about the next DKC game as much as the fact that they once again proved they have absolutely no idea how to market their products. The audience for the VGX is primarily PlayStation and Xbox gamers. These guys don't care about Donkey Kong. The games that will…
Nope, just got confused because NintendoLife said it was already out but they must mean the EU / UK version. I think most of their staff is British
Hi Jason! Will you be reviewing Bravely Default? I'm kind of on the fence right now.
100 percent agreed. NFS:MWU is easily my favorite third-party title on the system and possibly my third-favorite right now (after Wind Waker and SM3DW). It is a BLAST and I never feel like I'm trying too hard.
I found a pack of them at Target for about $10. Don't remember the brand. It included extra styluses too.
DO consider some of the "older" games for the system, especially Need for Speed: Most Wanted U and Tekken Tag Tournament 2: Wii U Edition. Both have a few issues with framerate but are otherwise excellent ports with a few Wii U-exclusive modes and features.
Thanks for the nod, Tina!
My apologies TT; it's just so convenient :P
I feel like you're being just a *tad* harsh, Jason - I played the complete FFIV: TAY on WiiWare a few years ago, and I rather enjoyed it. Yes, it was basically a cynical recycling of FFIV but I had a great deal of affection for those characters and it was interesting to play their scenarios out a bit longer.
Agreed with Doc. Jason, your Treehouse story was the absolute best gaming article I read all year.
Mike, which GameStop did you go to? I got my copies at the one in Buckhead and there was hardly anyone there for even the Xbox One (though it's a pretty small store)
Mike, this is great. I love the "Before You Start" features on Kotaku. Please keep them coming!
I was about to say the same thing! You all live in Atlanta, too?
Did you get another review copy??!? O_o
I watched the episode online this morning, and about a third of the ads in the embedded video player were for Xbox One. No PlayStation 3 ads.
