Geist for GameCube is a little bit like that.

Sorry to be a grammar Nazi here, but strictly speaking an autopsy is only performed on a human. Examination of a non-human animal to determine cause of death is a necropsy.
"Nintendo should bring its IP to mobile."
Looking forward to the mods giving your ghost lightning powers and the ability to make blood come out the faucets.
I think you're right about that. As shallow as this might be, the design turned me off so much that after three generations of only owning Nintendo products (NES, SNES, N64, Game Boy, GBC, Virtual Boy, GBA) I was done with Nintendo.
I bought a Wii U on launch day. I'm still waiting for it to be returned from the Nintendo repair shop for the second time, after two total system hardware failures (basically equivalent to 360 RROD). So in ten months of owning a Wii U, I've actually been able to use it for about eight months.
True, but they used proprietary discs instead of DVD, so you couldn't use the system as a DVD player (a HUGE selling factor for the PS2), and the system never had a true "killer app" like Halo on Xbox or Super Mario 64 on the Nintendo 64. So I think that was when Nintendo said "to hell with it" about having…
I saw that list later. Hopefully some / all will come to NA!
This was fairly "meh" to me. My biggest reaction was to the update on The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds which has a storyline taking place "many, many years" after A Link to the Past. Why do we need ANOTHER Link?!? Stupid, minor gripe, I know.
"Rural America"? Jebus, I live and work downtown in America's tenth-largest metropolitan area (Atlanta), I take my 3DS with me everywhere, I've taken it through Dallas, Washington, Tampa, Denver and Salt Lake City, and not once have I gotten a StreetPass hit outside an airport. So yeah, I think this will be a much…
GBD, where did you see that news? I thought I read just last week that it was still due "Summer 2013". (Just curious)
Wait a second. "Chinpo" = "penis"?
Animaniacs FTW
This report suggests Sega, Capcom, Square Enix, Sony and Nintendo, but it all seems to be speculative:
I'd selfishly love for Nintendo to buy Atlus. However, I'd say it has almost no chance of happening, considering NCL's stated goal of a ¥100 billion operating profit, which would be negatively impacted by such an acquisition. But boy, could they use the exclusives.
I think you misunderstand me. Super Retro Squad should have no legal issues on consoles or any other platform. It has all original characters and music.
What's the latency / delay like using Steambig? Does the PC need to be connected to the TV by HDMI or is it wireless?
Thanks for all the suggestions. Right now I have an aging, clunky Windows 7 laptop that needs to be replaced, but I am really thinking about making the jump to some sort of PC experience since my only consoles are a Wii U and a 3DS, and I've had about enough of missing out on every major third-party title.
I LOVE the first two Super Mario Crossover games, but I'm reluctant to support their Super Retro Squad project if they're not considering a console release. I know, I know, master race blah blah blah. I don't own a gaming rig and I just prefer to play on my TV. Seems like it would be a good fit for consoles though.
Haha true, I'm old-school TV, what can I say
