My question from this whole post is this: Why was gizmodo 10 rows back?

@Aeno: Not as bad as you would think.

@BrknPheonix: It has to be recording, because it doesn't know if it there will be a crash. It constantly records when the plane is turned on, I believe. Don't quote me on that though.

I would buy this for 30-40 dollars, but I am sure it will cost over $100.

@cmdrfire: I am a technician and I am waiting for the day that I can call up tech support and physically SHOW them whats wrong, instead of trying to describe it over the phone.

@san_atarium: "I'll upgrade the ipad to be close to these specifications, and market it as the 'greatest tablet ever!" Then he will sell millions of them.

@Prostate of Grace: I know people who know people and they said the dual-core is a bunch of hoo-hah.

@yogibimbi: But I worry that its inaccurate enough to read 140/100 instead of 130/80, which would be case for alarm. I am probably way under-estimating the accuracy of these at-home testers.

@EnochLight: Grossly overpriced is very correct. Sometimes I try to avoid seeing the price of some of this equipment just to keep peace with myself. Haha. We have scales that run in the thousands and its just a simple board and metal.

@RenRen: Accepting the BP measurements is alright, as long as the doctor does not rely on them. If its done just to keep the patient conscious of his or her BP, then it will be good. Also, if it suddenly spikes, that can probably be seen in an at-home machine, and would result in an doctors visit.

This is a very annoying video to watch with no sound. Haha. The hand movements are odd to watch.

I am a professional who works-on/maintains/repairs medical devices day in and day out. I don't like the idea of personalized blood pressure machines.

Thanks for the heads up Adam Pash! Downloaded.

@bjmckenna: OR you just cut the zip ties over the rim and not the tire.

The problem I have with gift cards is that I usually get one for Best buy. I am into electronics and gadgets, so it makes sense to them, but best buy's prices suck for small items. I don't buy CDs, and the only other thing 25 dollars can get me is some cables which I can get for $1.32 from monoprice.com.
