I fear the "If you have nothing to hide" people that support this act. Please, encourage all of your representatives and senators to strike this down. It's an email, or a phone call, and it's the first and least that each of us citizens can do to affect the laws that will control our lives.

nah although I do have one of those, what I mean is just the pure simple 2-button scroll mouse. The Salmosa, it's called. Real cheap, not much more than a regular mouse, but a very good "office" mouse... except, the buttons are rather long, so if you fingertip the mouse buttons , it's great. If you lay your whole

I love that for gaming when I (rarely) subscribe to WoW! But for work I use their simple "budget" two-button wired mouse (I can't remember all the different snake-inspired names) only because the teflon feet glides better than any microsoft mouse we have, and the pointer speed can be adjusted beyond the capabilities

I would think any time between now and the end of June would see many apartments opening up as one graduating class moves back home and before the next fall's students move in.

Is your date/time settings on the computer set correctly? That'd be the first step I'd check, simple as it is!

@Link2187: Better 100 guilty men go free than an innocent man imprisoned. Evidence, if found eventually, should lead to appropriate warrants for suspects, and they shall be caught eventually, be it on a traffic stop or child support collections or whatever might trigger a red flag on a warrant. @Link2187: It's those warrants, and the time to process and act on them, that protects us from our government. THEY are supposed to be working for US, not the other way around. We should not fear them. We should not make it easier for them at all in any way. I for one do not like the idea that the checks and balances

My mother was a witch. She was burned alive! Thankless little wench, for the tears I cried...

@DustyButt: Because the only websites I could find that would host her depraved video shoots were Russian! :p

@bobbobato - giz's other gay dude: Says who? I've had both my laptops completely apart numerous times, and I've also done partial tear-downs to replace keyboards, RAM, etc on work laptops.

Anectodal evidence: my company has ordered at least 10 laptops for every one desktop in the past year. Our consultants and engineers need mobility and our clients expect it. I'd be curious if people in similar fields experienced the same shift from cube-farm desktop to mobile workforce laptop army.

@Yeah!: *Bang* Shoot first, ask questions later!

@pseizure2000: Tang: Listen, man, the key to picking up women

@Skunky: Got a pair of these in my (leather) jacket pocket. Received as a gift from my friend serving the Army in Afghanistan. Warm enough for all but the coldest MN winter nights, and nice to have for when that tough-guy frat boy who was giving you the evil eye from across the bar follows you to the back alley...

I am the master of the C.L.I. Remember this face. Whenever you see C.L.I., you'll see this face. I make that work. It does whatever I tell it to. No one rules the C.L.I. like me.
