Here’s the thing about prequels, people know how the story ends.

I do actually think they’re being sincere but had a terrible approach for reaching out. Which I suspect is going to be Q’s Big Lesson that he’s trying to teach Picard. Mostly because I’m curious what kind of threat out there is pushing the Borg to reach out for a Federation alliance. Probably the tentacle machines…
That could easily be the premise of an episode. Hank is civil to a fault. It takes a lot to wind that man up. It’d be interesting to see him be enemies with someone he fundamentally agrees with, or rather who takes what he agrees with and twists it for their own ends.
That’s why I don’t buy Dale being a Trump…
I’m glad I live and buy cars in Ontario Canada, where you get the car - with title and plates, all at once. If you already have plates the dealer gets them transferred to the new car by the Service Ontario office where the title change is processed. If you buy from a dealer you get clear title - guaranteed by OMVIC.
That assumes the dealership ever had the $10K. My spidey-sense is that bankrupt fraudster owed at least that much on it, and used the money for anything but paying it off.
“Freelance salesman” as in “We don’t want to pay employment taxes, so we’re going to 1099 this guy even though he meets the definition of an employee?”
If they are unwilling to do that they could potentially give him a car worth $10,000 and it would also be satisfactory. Perhaps a certain 2016 Mazda CX-5.
And while the dealer is trying to make it right for Fredricks, he’s still out of $10,000 and a car.

Luke resolves the standoff in a convenient way, but the Force is all about convenient coincidences; a deus ex machina requires something happening out of nowhere, and this doesn’t fit that bill at all. The season hinges on finding a Jedi (so it makes sense that one would appear), they set up episodes ago the means…
Me neither. But cool it’s set in Canada apparently (I guess Bao was too?)
“How does Chester know that Diggle is the “heart of team Arrow”?”
As for Doctor Who, they will be casting another woman for at least the next two or three Doctors, because the part of the base they energized by casting Jodi will absolutely eviscerate them if they go back to a man immediately after. So stop putting in mancasting suggestions. You might get Helen George though.
Especially if you wait until the seasons end, and then spend $8 or whatever and binge through the shows you want. Watching like 30-40 hours of high-quality TV with no ads for $8 is a hell of a deal in terms of dollars per hour for entertainment.
MythicQuest and Ted Lasso, also available from AppleTV, are also fantastic. I’ve also heard good things about For All Mankind, although it’s not my style.
Granted, they could handwave it away with a “Oh? Did I not mention he has a new face?”
Her ballet dancing around the lasers was nifty, but the whole time I kept thinking she really should have secured her hair.
Joe & Barry definitely ain’t no Sara Lance. She immediately know it wasn’t her Ava.
