I don’t know how much the “Tier 1"/”Top Tier” certifications mean, but I stick with them (the Shells with an attached Daily’s in particular). For that reason I try to avoid the Gate/Racetrack/stations. But on the rare occasion I fill up at those, I don’t really notice a difference.

In fact this might be doing them a favor, since they can box all their stock in one outgoing box to mail out, rather than one outgoing box per unit. The losers here are the other end users, not the manufacturer or retailer.
