Non-verbal cues make up a huge percentage of human behavior
Wtf? I’m not going to stop calling sexual assault just because he didn’t sexually assault her?
Yeah, right away from him.... to agree to go onto the couch with him. Naked. And then her mouth right away from... not being on his dick. Not very upstanding behavior from Ansari to say the least. And giving her the most credit one realistically can - mixed signals on her part. She’s an adult. Not some teenage girl.…
So it’s Ansari’s fault for misreading her “nonverbal” cues of blowing him (twice!) that she didn’t want to engage in sexual acts?

Well, she does have somewhat of a point that Rosanne is one of the very few pieces of entertainment not centered around more liberal people. And even specifically, liberal people in a coastal state. which is yet another factor driving the two sides apart more and causing the more conservative, working class, and inner…
What is ridiculous is how much time vegans spend trying to make their food look or taste like meat. That’s how you know meat is better. Vegans try to replicate meat. Meat eaters never try to get their steak to taste like broccoli (thank you Mr. Gaffigan!)
Actually, whenever I eat any red meat I never use seasoning. I personally love the taste of a good proper steak or lamb and don;t want spices to cover it up. Most people I know don’t eat their steak with seasonings or sauces.
Speak for yourself. I use the ground up babies of the animal I am eating. I find it compliments it nicely. Especially with aged meats.
Hey dumbo! This is what is called a “joke”
Seriously? That’s how your further the discussion on something like this? By calling out the equivalent of a grammatical error and trying to say that disqualifies the point? I believe you just did more to prove their point...
Save us all some mental effort and just say “See? Told you so!” instead of dislocating your shoulders to pat yourselves on the back so hard.
I think you are not understanding how “shooting” is used to describe these situations. All of those you list are awful and sadly unknown, but they are not “shootings.” They were attacks, they were massacres, but they were organized sides going after a people/group/side. Not a shooting - a very few or a single person…
Brake jobs, wheel bearings, exhaust work, fuel pumps, catalytic converters, transmission work, cost of down time, etc. Things happen to a car. That $70k is probably the average maintenance costs of that car extrapolated out to 300k. It would probably include the odd lemon that needs a ton of work over its life. …
Being a sarcastic ass. Title IX dictates that a school with public funding needs a certain ratio of male to female athletes in order to ensure they are not discriminating. In order to offset sports like Football that have a whole lot of male athletes the institutions rely on more female heavy sports such as…
Blackface is not a good argument for this - it is done in a demeaning and meanspirited way.
Could you comment on how Chrome had this feature already, then took it away? I remember not too long ago, the first release of the version that had the sound icon in the tab, you could just left click it and silence it. I think I had to enable something in the options to turn it on. I was so sad when this feature…
Um, no. Competitive cheerleading is quite an activity. Very dynamic, physically demanding, and choreographed. More like group gymnastics combined with dance as compared to the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders you’re thinking of. Being cheerleaders at the football game (And I was a football player) was probably only…
So what you object to is that he gave reasons to substantiate why he doesn’t like the show?
