Yeah my first thought was: what about this episode is so notably different than all the other times that it’s finally prompting a response? Can’t be the homophobia or sexism because we’ve definitely been through that song and dance a thousand times already.

Bought it last night. Yes, I am such an ally please pat me on the back. Only got to play for a few minutes but so far: it looks fantastic, the writing is at least as good as the main campaign, the lead voice acting is good to very good (again, on par). So in essence these people review bombing either haven’t played

Metacritic’s review scores are fucking annoying in general because there’s always this desire to be the counter-current to whatever critics are saying. I see shit on there all the time like “10/10 — This movie wasn’t perfect but what did people expect????”

When it comes to actual review bomb efforts driven by places

RAN WHEN DOCKED. A/C JUST NEEDS A CHARGE. NO HULLKICKERS, I KNOW WHAT I HAVE. SHOW UP WITH GOLD BULLION IN A SUITCASE OR NO TEST SAILS.

Us IT guys get enough shit but whatever he has on his feet do not help our image.

What do you mean, “paint?” An average is a concrete statistical quantity. That the average American’s waist size is about 40 inches is an objective fact.

Lone designer toiling away at BGE2 in a dark basement storage room, hearing the announcement ringing through the floorboards above: “My god, they do remember I exist...”

Maybe I’m weird but console design—and I mean the literal design of the case the hardware sits inside—seems deeply out of touch with reality. Both the Series X and PS5 are designed to sit vertically by default with the horizontal placement feeling like, at best, a concession. Do people want vertical consoles? It feels

The problem with modern ubisoft is they got really good at one thing (Open world AC games) and then decided that ALL their tent poles should be based on the same design philosophy. AC, Ghost Recon WildLands, FarCry, Division, and Skull and Bones. when zoomed out are basically the same gameplay loop with different

I’m just waiting for the board to finally realize that Yves has turned Ubisoft into a directionless dumpster fire while also making it an unattractive place to work for talented employees, and dump his ass.

I mean, I liked it more than the N64 controller.....which isn't saying much.

Yeah when a journalist reaches out to you for comment, THAT is the chance to clear the record, not ignoring it and making your own video weeks later.

I mean...you CAN. That is definitely a choice one could make if they were so inclined, I suppose.

These stories just aren’t as fun anymore now that most of the crypto simps seem to have gone quiet following their “investments” crashing and burning recently. The comments just aren’t the same without them telling us how we just “don’t understand” (just ignore the fact they themselves can’t explain it) or how this is

Yes it does. https://bay12games.com/dwarves/modding_guide.html

My understanding is that there’s a new UI implemented for labor management in the game, so DT might not be as mandatory as it once was.

That said, the back end of the game is going to be kept on par with the free version. I expect DT will have to update for compatibility, but I don’t expect they’ll have any special

There’s a total overhaul to how the labor system works, so you might not need it anymore. And yes, mods are supported--just don’t expect them to work on day 1.

From my understanding this is the same game as the free version so mods should still work, the main dif is the Steam version will have better graphics, music, and sound.

I agree that each has its place. I just bought Persona 5 on Switch because I wanted the physical copy and prefer the small form factor and OLED screen for travel. Of course, the Steam Deck is the better platform for any modern games with realistic 3D graphics. Honestly, I love them both 💞💞

I generally agree with this article, but as both a Deck and Switch owner, I’ve discovered that there are strengths of both.

Okay, that’s just plain hilarious. Totally sounds like something me and my friends would do to each other back in the day.  What a great way to break up the monotony of the long hours on a shoot.
