Are you sure it wasn't just MGS5 footage?

Which seems silly to me generally, but particularly so in the case of EA. What are you gonna leak, that they're planning to release another FIFA next year? I could have told you that without hacking their computers.

Interesting... All of the games on this list that I’ve played, I actually had fun with. I’m under no illusions; they weren’t great games, but they were certainly a good enough way to spend an evening.

I may have told this story before, but I played Wolfenstein on normal difficulty, and it kinda sucked. It was mostly skulking around knifing enemies, and if I got spotted, I'd spend most of the fight sitting behind a wall waiting for the laser to recharge. Then I watched a streamer play it on easy, and it looked fun.

Is someone trying to run up the price of mint in box games or something? Because coming across a sealed Legend of Zelda or Super Mario 64 can’t be $1.5 million rare. I mean, you can't run down to Toy-R-Us and find one, but it's not like they're actual rare games.

Are you kidding me? $95? If you asked me for $20, I'd pay it happily. If you asked me for $30, I'd still pay it, but I'd grumble about it. At $95, my only regret is that there's no way to talk to a Squaresoft sales rep so I could laugh in their face before walking out.

So a guy who broke the law (leaving aside whether it should be against the law to host ROMs for games that are no longer for sale) is expected to pay $50 a month. And my student loans are almost five times that.

Are you sure that's Commander Riker? It looks more like Thomas Riker to me.

Does he need them? It seems like if he shit himself in public, someone like Kevin McCarthy would be like “What the hell is that smell? Waitaminutethere’sjustapileofshitherenownowaytotellhowitgotherethesethingsjusthappendon’tlookattheguyoverthere!”

I'm always baffled by how that guy dresses himself. I'm of the opinion that there is no body type so weird that a good suit can't make you look good, but this guy who likes to pretend he has money and class apparently intentionally leaves the house in suits that make him look like a kid borrowing his father's clothes

I try not to judge anyone for doing dumb shit to get paid, but damn if this guy doesn't make that hard.

I don't mind them using their customers as beta testers so much as I mind that they're also making everyone else on the road a part of the test.

Hey, someday I'm going to get back to that game and finish doing the introductory missions for the last three characters.

I never watched it, but the premise and ads made it seem very much like the shock jocks of television shows. Shout how transgressive you are as much as you like, but at some point you're just assholes.

The most surprising thing to me is that she had been slowing down on therapy prior to the riots. She's spent years being despised by Congressional Democrats for reminding us that hey, maybe we should expect a little more from them, being performatively hated by all Republican politicians because a boogyman is way

Wyoming probably had and, for all I know, still has a similar law on the books, but this happened in (feel free to sing along!) Florida, of course.

So the Republicans always find basements? Sounds unlikely. Comet Pizza still doesn't have a basement, and no amount of AR-15s seem to be able to change that.

Versus “Baby Shark” playing any time the accelerator is down? Yes. Give me soulless whine. Also, I think we may not be communicating well about what I’m trying to say. I think we’re going to have to have cars for a long time to come, and I’d prefer those cars to be electric. But I can also imagine a future where EVs

Also, I think I’ve walked up that hill before. Accidentally, because Google Maps didn’t give indications of altitude changes in their directions at the time, and that made me think I would save some time if I just skipped waiting for Muni and walked. There was one street where if I reached out straight ahead of me I

I was thinking something similar when I was reading this article. I know that trains and trucks move more than one TEU, but even so, 23,000 TEU is just an unfathomable amount of cargo for me. I just don't have a context for that amount of space. A multi-use stadium? Maybe?
