If you have a phone with a removable battery, you can get one of those extended batteries that come with a customized back. I got one for my Galaxy S3 and I get almost a full 24 hours on one charge.

It doesn’t look like it has any special features, so I wonder why they can’t just use a plain-vanilla Android version. (i.e. Nexus without the name brand)
It’s been there since the very first generation Roku device...
I wouldn’t be surprised if you can get this changed in the future. Tivo has been known to allow people to switch to lifetime on older boxes, especially after you’ve paid the equivalent of a lifetime contract.

I always thought it was interesting that the “bad” guy in this movie, Skroeder (G.W. Bailey), is actually not doing anything bad. The character follows the exact reasoning anyone would have taken in his position. It’s the telling of the story from Johnny 5’s perspective that makes Skroeder look like a bad guy.

It’s sad to say, but I’d have to agree that we should less focus on manned missions and more focus on robotics. I’d like to see us have something orbiting every planet, and send rovers for each rock-based planet and moon. Building a rover for Venus (one that doesn’t melt) would be a technological marvel.

The only problem I have with used book stores is that I’m often looking for a particular book, and I have no idea if they have it or not. Sometimes the person at the store has no idea either.
This seems like this could be detected fairly easily with a script. I wonder if this will become part of the approval process.
It looks like they took some screen grabs from a video of them passing by.
