I just yesterday discovered I could touch my toes with straight legs. I’ve been building strength all year and hit some milestones (500lbs deadlift, 400lbs squat) but have to take a little break for my knee to recover so the flexibility milestone is a pleasant surprise.

Any variation of pigeon pose will get at some of them. A deep lunge with square hips and a posteriorly tilted pelvis (squeeze your glutes) will get things like the TFL and the psoas (I think).
