Sitty HOA is shitty. However, my sympathy for this dude is somewhat tempered by the fact that he willingly decided to live under and HOA.

My opinion? This will accomplish fuck all. Too many people in places like NYC that don’t care at all and just want to get to where ever they are going without getting near the plebs on the subway. For clarity, I don’t think they are right, just that they exist.
