I see your point. I'll reconsider my position, although the habit may be too much to break should said position change.

You didn't come across as argumentative, I was only making my intentions clear because I know some people are really defensive about it. I'm very glad I am no longer required to write academically and appease an ever changing plethora of standards.

I know that feeling, although it wasn't in the military, since I haven't ever had that honor. I corrected my fifth grade teacher's grammar. That didn't go over well.

Ooh, I like that one too.

My friend who is a "person with disabilities" calls herself the gimp, so there is clearly no consensus on this. As vecchiovecchio said, why not just refer to people by there name?

My favorite Spanish word is 'microondas'. Yes, microwave. It's really fun to say.

Alright, do you not see the merit in delimiting your list items from each other in the same fashion? Using different delimiters can only cause confusion. However, I'm not interested in having an argument, I'm mostly curious.

Can you be Prime Minister of Canada if you were born in Kenya?

I'm guessing the location services still work to a degree over 2G.

Indeed, I've almost given up entirely on people getting my name right. People have been ignoring the fact that I introduce myself as Jonathan for so long that I've almost grown accustomed to being called Jon. The only time it really bugs me is when they call me John. Jon is an acceptable nickname for Jonathan. John
