@amazingmao: When a manager at my local Gamestop was murdered, it wasn't because she resisted, it was so there wouldn't be any witnesses.
UO was big at one point..
I found the hair model more interesting.
I thought this one was going to have multiplayer? Other horsemen? If they all arrive at the end of the last game (leading people to believe that it'll be the 4 in the sequel), it sort of doesn't make sense that this one takes place in the same time frame..
@Datacide: I prefer the previous one as well. The questions/answer format isn't bad necessarily, but they aren't necessarily the questions a reader would be interested in either.
Very true, but you could make similar little blurbs about most any game and the ridiculous quests/tasks they put before you.
@overlordbill: It's worked incredibly well for them apparently.
There's quite a bit of potential here for games that aren't motion-controlled at all.
@ShiryuGN: I see your point. A 30s European atmosphere would definitely be more formal than a contemporary one. I'm not certain it would be formalized to the point of Japanese culture. Much of that would depend on the family, but you can easily make a case for it being written that way - and thus being that kind of…
Soo... will I be able to sign up for this without it sending status updates about what I'm doing in the game to my wall? Or will this be yet another game that DEMANDS open access or refuses to let you play?
@ShiryuGN: VC2 was horrible, but alot of that I attributed to the anime stereotypes that were the main characters.
@SlamDancinMoogle: No legal recourse perhaps, but people can feel justified in disliking the course of action which did this to them, and ergo, not purchase the game because of their feelings about Icefrog's actions.
@SlamDancinMoogle: I'm questioning the legality of making a commercial copy of a mod to begin with. Clearly, Valve has gone that route before (Team Fortress, etc.).
@Jezuz: I don't think Fable 3 is "bad", I might even go so far as to call it "good". It definitely has some messy elements though.
@GunFlame: Get equipped with Metal Blades: Makes sense though, Psychonauts was a great game, well-reviewed. It received little to no promotion though.
@Jezuz: I don't know if it's risks that necessarily have people pissed off.
@ShepherdGrey: That's thing, it seems to only be with shows/content that I like.
@SlamDancinMoogle: Not playing a game because of personal gripes with makers is entirely legitimate.
@Vecha: Kotaku Friends work like the Stock Market: Yes, you did post this first, I just added a corrections tag to mine. ;)
