*In an alternate universe where they made enough of these so everyone could actually buy one.

So... does that mean you had twins?

RIP Massively

That would kinda suck, I still browse Joystiq for my gaming news and what have you.

Meanwhile at the Nintendo offices.

A better question would be why do YOU care? What are you doing down here if the article isn't worth your time?

I am South African and I object to your child being named Thomas if that is indeed the case. How could you?

oh yes, OH YES

"Hey kids! It's cop in a cup! The cop doesn't bounce away because it's on a string!"

You're not the only one, but I've found that most of the criticism comes from a flawed understanding of the concept of the game. Most of the criticism of the game is "it's all about the jump scares" which it seems to be on the surface, but the game's atmosphere, character and environment design, and mechanics all make

I think a lot of it has to do with the game's plot, a lot of which is told through discovery. The first game left a lot for you to figure out on your own through various secrets and hidden things in the background, the second had these creepy, cryptic Atari-like cutscenes.

We really comparing this to yearly sports release? Games that cost 5-7ish dollars? Its clear the developer had a plan for FNAF and one of those plans was to make a series for the player to experience different locations.

Just curious....did you actually play the game yourself or just watch other people play?
Because that seems to take the fun and suspense out of the game entirely.

Oh, and remember to turn the video up to 1080p at 60 FPS. It looks better that way.

Not to be rude, but it was common sense that they would wipe. They had said this many times on the page, and it's not a big deal.

If had known that I may have not bought the game. Or at least I would have waited to play it until after the wipe.

Lets face it 99% of the stuff on there crap and theres no real way to sort out good from bad.

TL;DR version: bought early access, didn't realize updates required making fundamental changes to data storage that required wiping, complained about how despicable indie games are and raged quit. Oh, and shameless plug for a zombie game.
