Listen, Jake Houseman is Jerry Orbach’s defining role* and I will die on this hill.

But “Point Break” holds up. He sells the hell out of Bodhi
I’ve always loved Jennifer Grey (I know she is happy about her surgery, and I’m glad for her, but I think pre-surgery she was one of the most attractive people I’ve ever seen, and when I learned she decided to change it, I literally gasped “Why would she do that, she was a work of art!” for which, I was cruelly but…
The deleted scene below would be uncomfortable for me to watch next to my parents though.
Like Shakespeare In Love, which came out the same year, Ever After is unembarrassed to be an earnest, playful historical romance, which is a style of movie that seemed to quickly fall out of fashion
...probably wasn’t an easy statement to make given how TKJ and Moore were perceived at the time...
The Killing Joke has always sucked; but no, Moore is not overly revered. Even with that blot, his career is monumental.
Maybe they’ll let her keep her winter gear and call her the White Widow.
I mean, Clint certainly TRIED to have it be him. He just couldn’t beat her.
Mildly shocked to hear that anyone likes the comics version of Taskmaster, at all.
I don’t mind if Loki and Sylvie like each other, love each other, or find friendship or kinship in each other, but are they in romantic love with each other?!
I’m still wondering about Loki’s physical strength. He’s a frost giant, albeit a small one, and he survived a pounding from the Hulk. But they seem to be able to knock him around with ease here.
The reason I’m a movie buff and not a comic book buff is that it is an absolute work of Sisyphus to get into and stay updated on comic book plot lines.
And yes, they do explain how Loki is eligible to run for President.
When they concentrate on the wacky fun, and not on the silly relationship dramas, this is a really entertaining show.
Totes.
Ah, but is it Throg, or is it normal Thor when he was turned into a frog by Loki in Thor #364?
there’s actually some valid grounding for Kang:
Anyone else thoroughly meh-ed out by this series as a whole?
WHERE WAS FROG THOR???
