Exactly - it certainly doesn’t hurt to be attractive (man or woman) as a server. But I’ve been waited on plenty of normal looking servers who were great at their job, and who I tipped accordingly.

I’m don’t have any experience in the restaurant industry, and I’m not going to insult you or question your qualifications - and I don’t think most people here are doing that, either.
