I never actually saw the Transformers: the Movie til much later. But I read the puffin books novelisation on holiday in a trashy Greek resort. The things I learnt as a 5 year-old; all your heroes can and will die and how to correctly pronounce "Movie."

I definitely don't have a thing for women in uniform.

Ahahahahaha Tripp. You've just had a shit load of holes put in your shoulder. It is not a case of shrugging off the pain you fool. It's that you can't raise or move your arm like that at all. You gotta thread that sleeve on. Through, tears and pain as your friends stand by watching.

We don't really baste our turkeys in my family, we just use a spoon to cover it with the juices every few hours. So I realised during this episode that I've only ever seen a baster referred to on TV and I have no idea how it really works. I assume it's just an opaque, plastic, turkey-rogerring, phallus.

Things we learnt last night. Shield prison uniforms make everyone's arms look massive. [Adds to Christmas list].

There's definitely that skeevy Jeremy Sisto patina to him. Maybe he just can't hide how attracted he is to his sister. (ugh such a Sisto move)

There comes a time in a man's life when he must admit realise he's the Boyle of his existence. For me it was Peralta saying "Boyle really knows how to move his pelvis".

Really want to see Kat Dennings age into the Jane Fonda role now. She's blatantly more suited to the role than her brothers. As much as I like Chris Messina, Reese is definitely a man with an ass for a hat; an asshat.

Teddy's whole schtick after eating a veggie burger really reminded me of a Scorsese era Bobby De Niro.

I never really understand why sitcoms rely on the Dodgeball trope so much. There are far more interesting and sad-sack things to mine PE lessons for. Dodgeball was one of the most equitable events we did. Us geeks that didn't want to participate can just throw a shit ball or allow ourselves to get hit so we can sit

A lot of people seem to hate the Simpsons Tapped Out game on here. Suggests that we're all part of or on the fringes of that 10% demographic.

Some day soon we'll have a Halloween comedy episode where the costumes actually look like they were made by amateurs.

Oh it's definitely shaven they just cast it in shadow so much that it seems odd.

So all the Corto Maltese scenes are lit and shot with yellow exactly like the Hong Kong ones but aren't a flashback? Seems odd considering how much camera work they put into differentiating the flashbacks.

Do you think the script just has "Wendi does her thing" as a direction? It's amazing how reminiscent of Moms she is without being able to specifically nail why.

I sincerely thought that the mob boss's nephew and Caitlin's-ex were the same guy for the first half of the episode.

Nah, Mindy portrayed Jeremy as being involved in the "work toothbrush" situation.

I think all Brits should be portrayed as knocking around a crisp new soccer ball in their downtime. Stops me from forgetting their nationality.

That'd be the agent with the robotic eye/blackmail device, last season.

Ward has form in the matriarch department. He had plenty of fun with May after all. But I feel like if Moms got involved Coulson'd sweep in the with the steal.
