Lack of enforcement is the issue.
Lack of enforcement is the issue.
This is a new thing, and I’ve been seeing it everywhere, student driver bumper stickers on obviously not student driver vehicles. I don’t get the joke, and you’re an asshole.
GM cars using the reverse lights when the car is unlocked.
Loud exhausts are disruptive and annoying, but as you mentioned this is the type of regulation that often leaves all of the interpretation up to the officer. Reminds me of a few years back when NY made checking for window tint part of the annual inspection. The number of people pissed about having to remove their tint…
These dumb fucking things.
I struggle with this. Because the answer should be “most of them.” However, it seems like the majority of the ones that actually get enforced are for mods that are more common with minorities.
LED light bars - front OR back (but especially rear facing - wtf is wrong with you?)
Any exhaust that sounds like gun shots or could be described as “brap brap”. In car subwoofers. Any forward facing lights that aren’t installed directly from the manufacturer. Window tint past whatever percentage is required to safely block out the sun, and window tint on a windshield full stop.
That ad has more red flags than a Chinese military parade.
It’s not just the criminal justice system. It’s the mental health system as well. If a potential employer figures out you have an issue, then that puts you in the “don’t bother calling back” column.
Yes. As a parent, we want to believe the good with our kids. We might suspect, hell know things are going sideways, but deep down, we think “but they are really not that way, it’s just a phase, they are pretty smart, they will calm down soon” and other such self-deception. And even when we accept things have to be…
Correct but leaving the ammunition (being the keys) on the table while you are out of town is probably not something you want to do for your kid when you know hes had a history.
If you can afford high end cars, you can afford mental health care.
That’s beside the point. The car was purchased in California, that’s why it has a front license plate holder. The author can remove it if his state doesn’t require one, but it was required where it was purchased.
The big problem with this statement is that these mental institutions exist in theory and not in reality for far too much of America. The rooms are very limited and the focus is to get people slightly stable and out so they can take in someone that is completely out of control.
The author does not live in California.
Aapplaud you for finding a Red Car with not black interior. Took me months to find my red CX9 signature with white leather.
“This front plate nonsense is definitely going to have to go. The fact that people put up with this horrifying visual on a daily basis is appalling.”
Im hoping the the Crumbley case is used against poor parenting. This kid sounded like a nightmare. He should have been put in a mental institution after being arrested for assaulting his mother. Even if the mom is convicted her affluence will see her get a fine and probation.
Good.
