I was 100% going to say the same thing. That’s just poor planning if you end up needing to stop there. If you are heading in to that general area and DON’T stop to fill up, in say Barstow, you are just dumb.

My ‘07 Highlander Hybrid just hit 290k last week during a 500 mile 2 vacation round trip while loaded to the gills. I would have more miles, but my wife drove it for about 2 years after our second kid was born.

tldr; Toyotas, Hondas, Trucks.

Supply and demand, baby. Same price structure on cruise ships and movie theaters. And in defense of the gas station, a little pre-planning with fueling up before driving into the desert and traveling with plenty of water is simple common sense.

I really don’t “get” the sub-brand thing. It was dumb when FCA spun off “Ram” from Dodge, “Wagoneer” from Jeep, it was dumb when chevy mentioned having a “Corvette” subbrand for an SUV, when they Came out with two different Broncos, and it was dumb when they spun “Mustang” into an EV SUV.

Auto Start-Stop.  In 2.5 years that $400 feature has saved me 4.5 gallons of gas.  At this rate I’ll break even on the feature in the year 2074.

They have 5 employees there and 4 of them already DGAF.

I know if I witnessed it, I would be helping the employee out by intervening, not filming the whole thing like 85% of people who attend concerts nowadays.

I guess my question is why is there a race category on a red light ticket? If there is an option for Not Applicable then it sounds like we can drop the category all together.

How are they still looking for her? Don’t they have a name and address from when she booked the flight?
