My old VW vans were like that, with a +/- 2,000 lb payload capacity (depending on body style)!

And if you live in St Louis, the authorities recommend that you install a cover so that your renewal tabs are harder to steal . . .
The only opinion that really maters is the buyer’s . . . how many Lexus vehicles have you purchased?!
Kinda like using a brick for “cruise control” in my old VW van . . . ;-)
It needs louvers on the back windows!
Range anxiety is one, albeit, small part. Money is a bigger part, when state subsidies are added to the federal one. But an even bigger one is access to HOV lanes by solo drivers, something that is a non-issue in much of the country (no HOV lanes). So, yes, it’s mostly a subsidy available (and useful) to just a tiny…
Will half doors still be available, this time around (with plastic windows)? Or, are they history? http://www.wranglerforum.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=272621&stc=1&thumb=1&d=1373830947
Tacoma beds have been plastic for a decade and a half and seem to be holding up fine - I just don’t know how they compare, weight-wise . . .
Gotta wonder if the vehicle with the dashcam was doing something like flashing their lights as they saw the situation developing? Could help explain the incredible reaction time . . .
‘65 Corvair. Nothing like built-in oversteer, bias ply tires and drum brakes to be the perfect first car for someone with a learner’s permit and the impulse control of a teenager . . . ;-)
This seems like a perfect opportunity for the military to put its engineering and logistics skills to work, on US soil instead of in Afghanistan . . .
I have an ‘09 Tacoma, and have used engine braking since new. It probably explains why I need to replace the original brakes, now that I’ve reached 100,000 miles . . .
Not saying what he did was right, but put yourself in his shoes - boss says get the sample (no matter what). Would you risk getting written up / demoted / fired or would you what you’ve always done /been trained to do, and put some “pressure” on whoever’s in your way? I put way more blame on his boss / lieutenant .…
In the cop’s defense, he was put in an absolute no-win situation by his lieutenant. He could either “complete his mission” and get the blood sample (even if it meant illegally detaining the nurse) OR he could “fail” and (potentially) be fired (bye-bye pension). Yeah, I know, he could appeal and get reinstated with…
Gotta complete that report! In fatal crashes, it’s not unusual to get BAC levels from all drivers, since, especially at night, both / all drivers could be impaired, which can be viewed as a contributing factor (for filing charges). In this case, there’s little evidence that the semi driver contributed, in any way,…
Buy something more affordable . . . https://stlouis.craigslist.org/cto/d/1990-jeep-comanche/6254607404.html
I can see a market for a police interceptor version . . . and it’s “altar”, not “alter” . . .
How about the over-promising and under-delivering when it comes to the selling of “plus” seats? While some “better” seats are certainly worth the “price of admission”, on my last two trans-Atlantic flights, I’ve ended up a) once, with more legroom, but the seat won’t recline because it’s next to the restroom, and b)…
I’ll have a V8! https://www.bosshoss.com/
