I bought a mini cuckoo clock, but I never bought the mini . . .

One, the rules are primarily in place to prevent terrorists from using assumed identities. Two, since his 18-year-old son did not check-in, he was a “no-show” and essentially relinquished his “paid-for” seat. Three, this was apparently a sold-out flight, and some adult had paid for and expecting to use that seat.

This is more about seniors either wanting or having to work - I don’t think access to mass transit (as important as it may be) played ANY role in this wreck!

This really boils down to the passenger getting two different answers (yes and no) from two different American Airlines employees. If the “real” answer is that strollers are NOT allowed in the cabin, the real blame lies with the gate agent who gave the passenger the “wrong” answer, that yes, she could bring the

Darwin agrees!

Probably will take longer than you think, given not plates and no visible VIN - more likely to be treated like apiece of construction equipment - scratch head and move on to easier pickings. But if this were Philly . . .

So how DO they ticket cars in California that don’t have plates (yet)?

Not to excuse any DUI, but was the driver who was killed wearing his seatbelt? His vehicle has damage, obviously, but it sure looks survivable if he was belted in . . .

It might be more collectable if it hadn’t been beat so severely with the ugly stick! Different ain’t always better or good . . . .

How much of this is a result of EPA regulations? Older paints generated a LOT of VOC’s, and getting some colors to “work” (adhere correctly, not fade) may be a much bigger challenge than whites, greys and silvers. Remember those GM vehicles where the paint actually peeled off?

Because politicians don't get to go to ribbon cuttings when they spend money on maintenance!

My first car was ‘65 teal Corvair with a matching teal interior . . .

Soooo . . . does the video show a mirror image or a “real” view, like a TV screen? I can see advantages and disadvantages to both options . . .

I’ll take mine with a diesel! ;-)

nope

This works only as far as free or designated parking spots. What happens if it needs to pull a tlcket / push a button to enter a parking structure? Pay for metered on-street parking? Decides to park in a handicapped parking spot? Can’t read the hourly / daily / type of vehicle / type of vehicle loading restriction?
